How do I download the app?

The app is available to download via the Apple App Store for IOS users and Goggle Play for Andriod users.

I am having a problem with the app, who can help me?

If you are having a problem with the app, this can be reported via Support is available from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)


Can I still use a paper Benchmark form?

The paper Benchmark form is still currently available but in time this will be phased out.

I’ve forgotten my password, can I reset it?

Yes, click on the forgotten password link on the login screen and a code will be sent to your registered email address to reset your password

I haven’t received my verification email

If you haven’t received your verification email, please check your junk/spam folders. If you are still having problems please email

Where are the records of my installations?

After each installation, a copy of the record is emailed to you at the registered email address. At registration, there is also an option to add an additional email address (company/admin etc.) where a copy will also be emailed at the end of the Benchmark process.

Can I send a copy of the record to the householder?

Yes, at the end of the Benchmark process there is the option to add the householder's email address to receive a copy of the record.

Will I be notified my installations are due to be serviced?

There is an option at the end of the process to opt-in for service notifications for yourself and the householder.

Are other Benchmark Checklists included in the app?

Not at the moment, the boiler checklist is the first step in digitising the Benchmark Scheme. Look out for further updates as the app develops.
